Eat with Indi is a startup nonprofit that specializes in food insecurity in the Southside of Hampton Roads. Established in 2026, the Eat with Indi Foundation operates at a local level to provide food assistance and address root causes of hunger in the Southside Hamptons Roads area.

Indi, a Norfolk native, stepped into this leadership position while pursuing her Master’s at Norfolk State University and serving the Norfolk Public Schools system. During her service to NPS, she became increasingly aware of the food insecurity faced by students and families alike. In an emotional conversation with her mother, something was placed on her heart to be the change. That day, Indi became determined to find a way to combat disproportionate opportunities within the community that raised her.
